Meet Rebecca Rose Helms, MA, CAS

Rebecca Rose Helms is a Licensed Psychological Associate with a Master of Arts in Psychology and a Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) in School Psychology. With over 20 years of experience working in diverse educational settings across North Carolina, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families thrive.

Rebecca's background spans public school systems, private practice, and specialized evaluation centers, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape and the unique challenges families face. She specializes in psycho-educational evaluations, ADHD assessments, learning disability testing, and individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults throughout Cary, NC and the broader Triangle area.
